Nylig fikk jeg ogs\u00e5, noe overraskende, et vitenskapelig bevis p\u00e5 at det faktisk stemmer for min del.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Som kanskje noen av dere har f\u00e5tt med dere, s\u00e5 sliter jeg med diabetes type to. D\u00e5rlig regulert diabetes var da ogs\u00e5 en av \u00e5rsakene til at jeg til slutt m\u00e5tte amputere det ene benet samt noen t\u00e6r p\u00e5 venstrefoten i 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Og selv etter det sjokket, s\u00e5 har jeg hatt litt problemer med \u00e5 holde diabetesen i sjakk og f\u00f8lge opp diabetesen slik den skal &#8211; med sunt kosthold og gjerne litt trening. Det g\u00e5r bra i perioder, men s\u00e5 kan jeg f\u00e5 et tilbakefall. N\u00e5r jeg begynner \u00e5 g\u00e5 lei og ikke er forn\u00f8yd med livssituasjonen min, noe som egentlig er ganske ofte, s\u00e5 tyr jeg til godtespising. Det stiger for eksempel under et m\u00e5ltid, men g\u00e5r raskt ned igjen n\u00e5r insulinet har gjort jobben sin. Jeg kan ligge ganske s\u00e5 mye h\u00f8yere enn det, men ogs\u00e5 godt inn under denne grensen.<\/p>\n<p>Langtidsblodsukkeret er noe annet igjen. det viser hva blodsukkerverdiene har v\u00e6rt gjennom de siste seks til \u00e5tte ukene. Jeg har vel p\u00e5 det verste v\u00e6rt oppe i langt over 80 p\u00e5 langtidsblodukkeret!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 er sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let: Hvor befant jeg meg de siste seks &#8211; \u00e5tte ukene f\u00f8r pr\u00f8ven ble tatt?<\/p>\n<p>Jo, selvsagt: P\u00e5 b\u00e5ttur! Samtlige uker!<\/p>\n<p>Og selv om kostholdet om bord i b\u00e5ten nok er noe enklere enn det jeg har p\u00e5 land, s\u00e5 er tr\u00f8stespisingen og godtespisingen min omtrent frav\u00e6rende. Som jeg har sagt, igjen, s\u00e5 mange ganger f\u00f8r: Jeg trives bedre p\u00e5 sj\u00f8en enn p\u00e5 land!<\/p>\n<p>Bedre argument for at det er godt \u00e5 ha &laquo;saltvann i blod\u00e5rene&raquo; finnes ikke!
